Tershe Holdings sells and operates digital software products and related business services. This corporate website does not sell or ship physical goods. No shipping fees apply to direct purchases described by this policy.
Self-service software
For self-service products, access is typically available immediately after successful payment, account creation, marketplace installation, or email verification. Confirmation and access instructions are sent to the email address provided at purchase or displayed in the applicable product.
Manually provisioned accounts
Products that require review, configuration, or manual onboarding are normally provisioned within two business days after payment and receipt of the information reasonably needed to configure the account.
Custom work and support
Implementation, data migration, custom development, and support are delivered according to the scope, milestones, and timing stated in the customer's written quote, order form, or service agreement. Delays in receiving required customer access or information may change the delivery date.
Marketplace fulfillment
Products obtained through Shopify, Apple, Google, or another marketplace are installed, licensed, and billed through that platform. The platform's delivery and account processes apply in addition to the applicable product terms.
Access problems
If access instructions do not arrive, first check the email address used at purchase and its spam or junk folder. Then email privacy@tersheholdings.com or call (717) 577‑7491. Include the product name, purchaser name, and purchase email, but never send a complete card number.
